1st Capital Realty and the Matthew Haynes team are dedicated to providing the old-fashioned kind of service that we used to enjoy, but has long since disappeared into large, impersonal corporations. Its principles are simple: providing quality personal attention and service. We consist of a few hand picked Real Estate professionals who are highly respected in the community and offer the best professional Real Estate service to all of their customers.

When asked how a small team can operate among the large 'name brand' companies, it's simple to explain. For many years, the large companies have boasted on their high technology creating faster sales. This was true for a number of years, but now that the technology has become so advanced, it's available to anyone! The important question to ask is who's going to give you that personal attention? The large companies are concerned about quotas and how their statistics are compared to the other companies around them. The smaller companies realize that statistics don't matter. What matters is the personal attention given to any buyer and seller for a successful real estate closure. We do what it takes to help our clients achieve their goals without pushing to close out the month with higher sales than the major companies. Also, our overhead is less.

Other companies charge their real estate associates either a monthly fee (around $1,500 a month) or, they take approximately 50% of each commission check. The end result is that agent has to push to sell in order to make their living; so, the buyer or seller is hurried into a decision that might not be in their best interest. That's where 1st Capital Realty stands far above the major companies. There's no large overhead, no rushing, no pushing - just honest and forthright quality service - the way it is supposed to be.
